Alice’s music always has a haunting, slightly psychedelic feel to it. On the A side is a mid-tempo, big production with strings and great lyrics. “Kick off the covers…why can’t you and I be lovers”. On the flip a slowed down, deep soul style ballad. The type of artist that has you saying damn I wish they’d made more music. Record grades at VG but plays very well and is still very enjoyable.
